Use the following instructions to measure your wrist size. Then, use the size chart for your favorite bracelet to find the perfect size.

If you are between two wrist or bracelet sizes, we recommend choosing the size up.

• Style with up to 15–20 charms. The chain may expand a little, about 1.0 centimeter after the first year, depending on how often you wear it and the number of charms you add.

Free returns within 60 days from receipt of order. 

All our jewelry is delivered in a small plastic bag, in our anti-tarnish bags, free of contact. Your order will be delivered without contact to your home.


Warranty .

The manufacturing warranty is 2 years for products purchased until December 31, 2023 and 3 years for products purchased after this date. Pandora replaces parts with manufacturing defects free of charge and does not offer repair services.
